In 1976, Oakland County's Waterford Township welcomed the Dixieland Flea Market. Conveniently placed on the corner of Dixie Highway and Telegraph Road, visitors from all over Flint, Holly, Davisburg and Dearborn came out of the woodwork to see what the buzz was about.
From their first visit, shoppers were hooked and still continue to shop at the market to this day. Original vendors sold mostly antiques and specialty items, and still do to this day. However, with today's changes in the economy, many of the current vendors have adapted their merchandise to cater to the everyday family's basics. We are a family-friendly shopping experience with items for infants and kids, as well as the household staples that every family needs.

Our vendors come from all over, bringing a huge selection of antiques, collectibles, clothing, records and so much more. Our atmosphere is extremely friendly, eclectic and FUN! Want to become a vendor? Anyone can set up their items starting at only $25 per day! With options to set up shop outside or inside our location, we have a space with your name on it waiting for you!

Serving American cuisine at Dixieland Flea Market for nearly a decade, the Ham Shack is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Friday through Sunday. They offer a wide variety of delicious homemade soups and daily specials for even the pickiest of eaters. If it's a homestyle meal you have in mind, this is where you'll find it. The Ham Shack also has a food truck located in the outside vendor area for those of you who might wish to grab a breakfast burrito, hot dog or other quick snack. It's super convenient for when you stroll the outside vendor aisles or grab a seat in the sun.
